Senior Manager, Payment Integrity

Job Summary

Overseeing and monitoring cost recovery and containment initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Payment Integrity will manage vendor partnerships, develop budgets, and present cost-saving recommendations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external vendors for cost avoidance and recovery initiatives while collaborating with health plans
• Develop annual budgets and assist national vendors in achieving projected savings targets
• Compile and present reporting packages on cost avoidance and recovery initiatives to Senior Management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting
• Experience with government programs auditing and compliance monitoring preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Intake demand management experience preferred
