Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies that align with company goals
  • Oversee employee engagement surveys and drive initiatives to improve the employee experience and culture

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR operations experience in a start-up or technology environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Prior experience working in a PEO relationship and/or experience with payroll management
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable HR operations programs and processes
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements
  • Proven project management and organizational skills
