Senior Manager Pharmacy Quality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Quality Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, compliance, and quality direction for Pharmacy Clinical Services
• Develop and oversee policies, procedures, and reporting functions for clinical projects
• Manage the Pharmacy Residency Program and mentor residents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care/Pharmacy Star Ratings
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years as a licensed Pharmacist or completion of PGY-1 residency plus 2 years as a licensed Pharmacist
• Preferred Board Certification (e.g., BCPS) or other relevant designations
