Senior Manager Reinsurance
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Reinsurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee reinsurance accounting and operations, ensuring effective controls and processes
- Develop reinsurance analytics and reporting while collaborating with various internal teams
- Manage a team of 3-4 individuals and serve as a key contact for reinsurance audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting
- CPA license is highly desired
- 10+ years of progressive experience in reinsurance, including 3 years in a management role
- Strong understanding of statutory and GAAP reporting requirements
- Experience with Netsuite General Ledger, Floqast, and Alteryx is a plus
