Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Revenue & Payment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, focusing on client satisfaction and performance metrics
- Act as the subject matter expert on billing and payment processes during client onboarding
- Drive team performance through goal-setting, coaching, and developing formal policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, operations, or revenue cycle management
- Background in healthcare or digital health, with high-growth startup experience preferred
- Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams
- Ability to build trust and serve as a key decision-maker among stakeholders
