Senior Manager Sales Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Sales Engineering to lead Client/Sales Engineering teams in selling high-capacity Ethernet networks and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales engineering team to drive sales effectiveness
- Implement processes to improve sales efficiency and reduce cycle time
- Act as a subject matter expert and facilitate collaboration with engineering and technical operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Certifications such as CCIE, CCNA, or CCNP are preferred
- Experience managing teams, including exempt and non-exempt employees
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
