Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects for resource prioritization and strategic decision making
- Provide strategic recommendations to influence financial strategies and resource allocation
- Mentor and develop the strategic finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Corporate/Strategic Finance
- At least 2+ years of experience as a people manager
- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with subscription-related businesses is a plus
