Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to support their AMER Demand Gen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing campaign setup, email building, reporting, lead scoring, and Marketo/Salesforce sync
- Conduct investigative work to identify and resolve errors in marketing programs and tech stack
- Analyze performance data to generate insights and manage the marketing database for the AMER team
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology, preferably in Enterprise B2B tech
- Deep expertise in Marketo and Salesforce; Marketo Certified Expert preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution and lead/account scoring management
- Experience with email marketing best practices and deliverability requirements
