• Collaborate with field partners to drive success for new financial advisors and field leaders
• Lead trainings for new financial advisors on marketing strategies and tools, focusing on digital capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing or related experience
• College degree in marketing or related field; master's degree is a plus
• Broad knowledge of marketing channels and strategies
• Experience in facilitating group trainings or workshops
• Ability to influence and guide staff at all organizational levels
