Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large and complex implementations of Forma for important customers
  • Partner with client contacts to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Work with internal teams to enhance the product and serve as the customers' voice

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of client onboarding or project management experience
  • Experience working with IT & external vendors on technical integration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from end to end
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Experience in healthcare spending accounts, benefits, or payroll is preferred
