Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large and complex implementations of Forma for important customers
- Partner with client contacts to ensure smooth onboarding
- Work with internal teams to enhance the product and serve as the customers' voice
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of client onboarding or project management experience
- Experience working with IT & external vendors on technical integration
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from end to end
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Experience in healthcare spending accounts, benefits, or payroll is preferred
