Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Operations and Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights on the student journey and analyze data to identify trends
- Create automated dashboards in Power BI and present findings to management
- Support business processes by acting as a Subject Matter Expert in CRM, telephony, and reporting systems
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in data reporting and analysis
- Experience with CRM, telephony, and workforce management systems
- Proficiency in Power BI DAX programming and SQL
- Experience with forecasting and modeling data
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus
