Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Package Layout Engineer - Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate on high-speed/density ASIC package layouts
Optimize package pinout and perform routing, placement, and power distribution
Conduct design feasibility studies and develop CAD library databases

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in PCB layout for related technologies
Experience with substrate layout of wire bond and flip chip packages
Proficient in Cadence APD or SiP and/or PCB layout tools
Familiarity with high-speed design signal integrity practices
