Senior Partner Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to lead and enhance partner enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy and rules of engagement for collaboration with partners and sales teams
• Develop and execute custom enablement programs tailored to priority partners
• Manage end-to-end execution of enablement programs and serve as the primary contact for priority partners

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing or partner enablement experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience building and delivering enablement programs
• Experience developing and launching training curriculum and programs
• Strong project and program management skills
• Ability to partner with cross-functional roles at various levels
