Job Summary
Managing and growing relationships with participating fitness locations, the full-time Senior Partner Manager will serve as the primary commercial contact, ensuring partner engagement and satisfaction while driving network growth in a remote capacity for candidates residing in the Tampa area.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partner locations
- Drive partner retention and engagement through proactive outreach and business reviews
- Analyze partner performance metrics and recommend strategies for growth and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
- Experience working with multi-location operators, franchises, or healthcare networks preferred
- Ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic recommendations
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
