Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payer Enterprise Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and consultative sales motion, including prospecting and closing enterprise contracts
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior management and C-Suite within Payer entities
- Manage communication of product value propositions and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of selling enterprise software and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and payer operations
- Ability to develop unique perspectives and make recommendations based on data
- Natural leadership skills to manage complex deal cycles with urgency
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of value-based arrangements and their financial impact
