Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payer Enterprise Account Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development and consultative sales motion, including prospecting and closing enterprise contracts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior management and C-Suite within Payer entities
  • Manage communication of product value propositions and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape and payer operations
  • Ability to develop unique perspectives and make recommendations based on data
  • Natural leadership skills to manage complex deal cycles with urgency
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of value-based arrangements and their financial impact
