Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes, including preparation, adjustments, and compliance with tax laws
- Lead payroll projects and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll and HRIS integrations
- Resolve multi-state tax issues and support employee termination processes related to payroll
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in human resources or payroll administration
- Knowledge of payroll and tax laws, including federal and state regulations
- Experience with payroll software, specifically ADP and Workday
- Project management experience
