Senior Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage payroll processes and technology platforms for U.S. and Canadian employees
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of bonuses, commissions, and variable pay earnings
• Establish and monitor compliance with payroll policies, practices, and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certificate preferred
• Experience with major payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Ceridian)
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian tax withholding and reporting regulations
