Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Workday Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the architecture and integrity of Workday HCM
- Lead optimization projects and implement process improvements
- Generate complex reports and analytics to support business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience as a System Administrator
- 2+ years of HR technology experience in a large organization (1000+ employees)
- Advanced knowledge of Workday and Microsoft 365
- Strong business acumen linking strategy with HR solutions
- Must be highly autonomous and self-motivated
