Senior Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements definition, the full-time remote Senior Platform Analyst will apply business and systems analysis expertise to manage multiple initiatives while collaborating with internal users and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Leads system requirements analysis and validation activities to ensure completeness and compliance with standards
• Builds and maintains knowledge of business processes and services to guide requirements definition and solution design
• Partners with stakeholders to understand needs and present aligned technical solutions, while continuously improving planning processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Agile/Lean or Kanban methodologies
• Experience with Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating system workflows and technical documentation
