Senior Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Leading system planning and requirements analysis, the full-time Senior Platform Analyst will work remotely to translate business needs into technical solutions while managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with internal users and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead system requirements analysis and validation activities to ensure completeness and adherence to standards
• Build and maintain knowledge of business processes and services to guide requirements definition and solution design
• Establish and continuously improve processes for system planning, requirements definition, and release planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including Agile/Lean or Kanban
• Experience with Amazon Q/Kiro, Python, .NET, C#, and Azure DevOps
• Experience in creating system workflows and documentation
