Senior Product Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the management and optimization of member and provider communications, the full-time Senior Product Analyst will oversee omnichannel communication strategies, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support oversight and management of omnichannel communications across various channels including mail, SMS, and email
• Assist with daily monitoring and issue resolution for all communication channels
• Coordinate deployment of client-driven and regulatory communication updates while partnering with internal governance and compliance stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations or related project coordination/management
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter with flexibility to work with ambiguity
