Senior Product Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Talent Management & Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design UI screens and UX workflows utilizing the company's design system
- Conduct usability research and testing with both internal users and external vendors
- Collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements and establish success metrics
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of Product Design experience, specifically in designing internal tooling
- A proven track record of successful product launches that have significantly impacted the business
- An ability to quickly grasp complex workflows designed to scale across diverse, global teams
- Strong capabilities in ideating, producing, and testing multiple UX/UI concepts and prototypes swiftly
- Experience working in fast-paced, continuous delivery environments
