A digital immigration platform provider has an open position for a Senior Product Designer - Applicant Experience in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with our customers’ employees to understand their needs and convert insights into experiences
- Conducting web and mobile applications where users will complete questionnaires
- Managing profiles and get up-to-date information on the current status of their cases
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of work experience with focus on product design and user experience across both web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency with industry standard tools for prototyping and visualizing your ideas
- Able to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps, and prototypes
- Being a tireless advocate for users and user-centered processes
- Problem solvers with a great eye for detail and stellar innovative thinking
- An avid story-teller, skilled in effectively communicating process and design decisions
