Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Development Specialist in Genetic Testing for Rare Diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct analysis of competitor products and stay updated on medical/scientific literature regarding genetic testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product development or management within the genetic testing or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory requirements
- Experience with genetic testing laboratory operations is preferred
- Master's or PhD is preferred
