Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Development Specialist in Genetic Testing for Rare Diseases.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings and develop go-to-market strategies
- Assist in the development and validation testing processes to meet quality and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product development or management within the genetic testing or biotechnology industry
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory requirements
- Experience launching genetic testing products from concept to market
- Familiarity with FDA IVD product development plans and submissions preferred
