Senior Product Insights Researcher
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Researcher, Product Insights to oversee key account delivery and mentor junior researchers while unlocking growth opportunities with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of project work tied to key accounts and mentor junior researchers
- Lead research design and scoping for deals and develop sales materials for customer pitches
- Partner with subject matter experts to create enablement materials and support new product development
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in designing and executing research studies
- Deep expertise in physical product research across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Experience with statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R, or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Degree in Market Research, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
