Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Customer Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design, development, and operation of the Customer Acquisition Platform
- Build and prioritize the Customer Acquisition roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication for successful platform implementation and change management
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of strong Salesforce product knowledge and 5+ years in product management or similar roles
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products, particularly Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
- Expertise in business-to-consumer commerce and customer journey mapping
- Experience in agile product development and writing user stories
- Familiarity with SQL, API development, and cloud computing concepts
