Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution of internal tools for Implementation Engineers
- Develop customer-facing admin features to enhance client experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align internal workflows with customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B/B2B2C
- Experience in delivering internal tools and admin-facing features
- Empathy for implementation engineering and customer success
- Strategic thinking with a focus on scalable long-term goals
- Ability to understand technical workflows and create user-friendly tools
