Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Bioprocessing Filtration will manage a global portfolio of lab-scale filtration products, translating customer needs into scalable solutions while working remotely with a preference for candidates in CT, MN, MA, or CA.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product lifecycle for laboratory-scale filtration products, including innovation roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to align product design with customer workflows and ensure scalability into manufacturing solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy in early-stage bioprocess development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and lifecycle management, preferably in a global product management role
• Proven track record of launching new products from concept through market introduction
• Strong financial analysis skills, including developing financial models and interpreting P&L statements
• Experience working with customers and commercial teams across various sales channels
