Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience (Growth) to drive conversion in their member funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, test, and deliver optimizations to increase member conversion and engagement in care
- Develop and manage a roadmap that balances user and business needs with technical constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, execute, and launch valuable experiences across web and mobile platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience with a focus on user growth
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Experience with A/B testing and iterative development
- Experience with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools
- Passion for mental health and improving access to care
