Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software products for external customers
• Proven track record of delivering on company goals and shipping successful products
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Solid startup experience, thriving in a hypergrowth environment
• Experience with the business of insurance or related regulated financial products is a plus
