Senior Product Manager, Lab Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory-scale filtration, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Lab Filtration will manage a global portfolio, lead product development, and execute market strategies while working remotely with a preference for candidates located in CT, MN, MA, or CA.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global portfolio of laboratory-scale filtration products, including positioning, pricing, and lifecycle strategy
• Define and drive the innovation roadmap for lab-scale products, ensuring alignment with emerging customer workflows
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and whitespace opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success in a Global Product Management role
• Strong capability to conduct financial analyses and interpret P&L statements
• Proven track record of launching new products from concept through market introduction
