Job Summary

- Conduct market research, host customer feedback sessions, and collaborate with engineering and design teams
- Translate market insights into actionable product plans and drive customer discovery
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical acumen and experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience in driving customer discovery and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of video management software, NVR, and video technologies
- Basic knowledge of video technologies like codecs, camera capture, and protocols like RTSP and HLS
