Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist - Bilingual French (Remote/Flexible).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide deep product support for escalated issues related to the OmniPod System
  • Manage the escalation flow and ensure follow-up with customers until issues are resolved
  • Document customer communications and contribute to process improvements and reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree and 1-3 years of direct customer service experience
  • High volume call center experience (30-50 calls a day)
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in the medical device or medical industry is preferred
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft AX
