Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to ensure customer interactions are successful through technical expertise and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of escalation for product-related questions and develop solutions for customer issues
  • Provide direct technical support to customers via phone and email, fostering strong relationships
  • Document issues and resolutions for future reference and collaborate with support teams and partners

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a technical discipline
  • At least 4 years of advanced product support experience
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and web technologies
  • Understanding of system integration and API concepts
