Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to ensure customer interactions are successful through technical expertise and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation for product-related questions and develop solutions for customer issues
- Provide direct technical support to customers via phone and email, fostering strong relationships
- Document issues and resolutions for future reference and collaborate with support teams and partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a technical discipline
- At least 4 years of advanced product support experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and web technologies
- Understanding of system integration and API concepts
