Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze complex communications and media to address inquiries
Evaluate issues related to program segment healthcare administrative functions
Conduct reviews of medical claims files/payments and provide responses

Required Qualifications:

8 years of relevant experience
BA/BS degree
Experience supporting large federal agencies, ideally VA or DoD
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
