Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee high visibility projects and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the success of projects across the largest and most strategic customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales and delivery organizations
- Manage project risks, customer escalations, and ensure overall delivery excellence
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple customers concurrently with a billable utilization of 85%
- Strong background managing data, AI, and analytics projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Waterfall project management
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field preferred; PMP and CSM certifications are a strong preference
