Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Sales Headcount.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global sales team with budgeting, headcount tracking, and capacity planning
- Develop a scalable program framework for hiring and build foundational reporting around sales hiring
- Provide regular updates on project status and market insights to sales leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in SaaS or software industries
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
- Strong desire to execute and drive impact on various projects
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience in process improvement and enhancing business processes
