Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager in Domestic Channel Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor test center management strategies; engage with and onboard new test centers in target areas
• Lead capacity planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with expansion goals and timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new test center professional and resources

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, capacity planning, operational environments, and project management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field of study, or a combination of both
• Test administration operations experience is preferred
• Education industry experience is a plus
