Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager for ELPA21.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies across functional teams
- Lead project meetings, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (8+ years relevant experience preferred)
- Experience with English language proficiency assessment or general large-scale assessment highly preferred
- Experience working directly with senior-level clients, government stakeholders, and educators preferred
- PMP certification highly preferred
