Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant - Programmatic.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to BARDA and coordinate educational activities
- Provide comprehensive program support, including analysis, writing, and editing assignments
- Review and recommend improvements on documents, processes, and procedures related to BARDA operations
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree (or higher) in a related area of expertise
- 10-15 years of experience in the specific area of expertise
- Extensive experience in FAR-based contracting and Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
- Experience working with Senior Leadership and Federal/Civilian Agencies or Military Services
- Knowledge of the full acquisition life cycle from Acquisition Planning through Closeouts
