Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple medium-to-large projects from initiation through closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing regular status updates and escalating critical issues as necessary
• Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, promoting continuous improvement and best practices across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 7-10 years of Project Management experience in the IT industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Expert knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
