Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting strategic and operational objectives in Revenue Cycle operations, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will manage data analysis for process improvement, lead meetings across markets, and collaborate with leaders to develop presentations for Executive Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify and implement process improvements
• Lead strategic and operational meetings, facilitating collaboration among market leaders
• Document business processes, including current and future states, requirements, and data flow diagrams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Training in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP/PMI, Agile, Six Sigma)
• 5 years of project management experience managing complex projects and programs
• 5 years of experience in making presentations to senior and executive management
