Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Project Manager will support business processes to achieve strategic and operational objectives in Revenue Cycle operations through data analysis, leading meetings, and collaborating with market leaders on executive presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis for process improvement and facilitate business process design efforts
• Lead strategic and operational meetings across markets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with market leaders to prepare presentations for Executive Leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Training in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., PMP/PMI, Agile, Six Sigma)
• 5 years of project management experience managing complex projects and programs
• 5 years of experience in making formal presentations to senior and executive management
