Senior Project Planner

Job Summary

To support complex and high-risk projects, the full-time Senior Project Planner will develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with commercial proposals and facilitating effective project execution in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer-facing Microsoft Project schedules for commercial pursuits and proposals
• Translate proposal documents into credible execution timelines and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and support mitigation and recovery actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5-8 years of project planning/scheduling experience in material handling, automation, or project-based environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Working knowledge of project lifecycle execution, including engineering, procurement, and installation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional teams
