Senior Proposal Writer
Job Summary
Managing the full proposal and RFx response development process, the full-time Senior Proposal Writer will produce compliant and persuasive materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development process of proposals and RFx responses from initial review to final submission
- Analyze RFx requirements to identify compliance gaps and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Research, write, and edit proposal content while ensuring high-quality, consistent deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 5 to 7+ years of experience responding to RFx in a SaaS organization
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including proficiency in AI tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in Loopio, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Slack, and Salesforce
- APMP certification is preferred but not required
