Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruiting process and develop sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
  • Five to eight years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • 1+ years of executive/senior leadership recruiting experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
