Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruiting process and develop sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
Five to eight years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
1+ years of executive/senior leadership recruiting experience preferred
Expert knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
