Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruiting process and develop sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred
- Five to eight years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- 1+ years of executive/senior leadership recruiting experience preferred
- Expert knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
