Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and shape talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple regions
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop hiring strategies
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
  • Proven experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
  • Strong understanding of recruiting in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding hiring nuances
