Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter in Investment Banking & Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans through research, candidate assessment, negotiation of offers, and closing of new hires
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, bringing market knowledge to inform talent decisions and build diverse leadership talent
• Manage 20-25 searches and projects on average, partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of professional recruiting experience with at least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrable interest in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Corporate/Commercial Banking
• Proven track record of successfully hiring executive level talent, including complex offer negotiation
• Strong business acumen, change agility, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
