Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiting Data Visualization Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tableau dashboard development for Recruiting metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and visualize HR metrics
- Enhance self-service HR and Recruiting dashboards based on user feedback
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience building data visualizations in Tableau
- Extensive experience querying data warehouses using SQL
- Knowledge of HR and Recruiting processes
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding skills
- Technical experience with Python, Strata, or R is preferred
